Morning - warm water + lime
do thread mill ( speed 6 - inclanation 6 for 10mins)
do some stretch excersice and situps. (dont strain more since ur on diet and will not have stamina. try to do till u get pain and sweat)
Morning break fast - 1 gauva
give 30 mins break..
have 1 cup milk ( skimmed)
give 30 mins break
have butter milk or tender cocunut water
Lunch - as usual hav a gud lunch.
reduce rice amount and intake more vegtables...
no to ghee/ oil and add atleast one keerai to ur lunch.
never sleep after lunch !!! dont sit idle also..
walk for evry 15 mins and do some work.
Evening - have some raw carrot or one small bowl of sundal (evng 3:30 - 4:30)
evening fast walk of 30 mins is a must.( go to temple or do it in thread mill itself.. walk fast and continuously)
have one banana (small one) by 6:00pm
Night by 8- 9 - finish ur dinner with 2 chappathies .
if u wish u can add one more small banana. which will help in digesion and remeber in quotes "small one"
General do`s and dont`s:
* dont ever take sugar to milk / food
* avoid those biscuts and choklets for 1 month.
* also oily foods and snacks...(instead take fruits and vegtables wen evr u feel hungry)
* pomogranate, cucumber , watermeon can be added to ur food chart ( if reqired)
* do not sleep after lunch or in day time,.
* sleep before 11:00pm and wake up after 8:30 am.( since ull feel hungry if u wake up soon) but sleep as soon as possible ( again the same reason. ull feel hungry if u stay awake).
* add nonveg to ur food.. eggs can b taken alternative days and chiken or meat - once in a week and fish once ina week. ( keep in mind taht ur in diiet and take the quandity )
* chek ur weight before and after diet.
* stay away from parents love ( as they feed u more since ur reducing ur weight and not eating)
* stay active and enthusyastic. ( ull feel tierd since ur food intake is less)
* over all self controll is must!!!
